摘要
文章探讨了从个性化、多样化供应链服务、品牌、深度专业化分工的"3S"战略、物流服务标准化、规范化、信息服务、组建现代物流企业组织、"一对一"营销、网络覆盖能力和信息支持能力建设等方面,实施我国的第四方物流的差异化战略的问题。
The paper probes into the strategies of competitive differentiation of FPL businesses from such respects as the 3S strategy of personalized and diversified supply chain services, brands and deep labor division based on specialization, standardized services of logistics, infor-mation services, building modem businesses of logistics, one to one marketing, capacity of network coverage and building of information-supporting capacity.
