抗氧化剂对螺旋藻流加培养的影响 被引量:1

A study on antioxidant Na_2S_2O_3 influence on mixotrophic fed-batch culture of S.platensis

摘要 研究了抗氧化剂Na2S2O3对螺旋藻流加培养的影响,结果表明,当Na2S2O3浓度为0.2g/L时干质量达到最大值11.14g/L,是对照的1.75倍,抗氧化效果明显。在此浓度下叶绿素含量及藻胆蛋白含量均达到最大值,并且藻液无污染。 Antioxidant Na2S2O3 influence on mixotrophic fed-batch culture of S.platensis was studied. The results showed that the antioxidant is propitious to accumulation of S.platensis's biomass, which is up to the highest cell dry weight 11.14 g/L and 1.75 times to the same culture without antioxidant, while adding 0.2 g/L Na2S2O3 concentration. Both the content of chlorophyll and phycobiliprotein were up to the highest, and the solutions of S.platensis weren't polluted.
