摘要
借助于物流网络结构和混合整数线性规划,构建了一个综合考虑原材料供应地、生产商、正向仓库、顾客群、回收中心、逆向仓库和再制造商的单周期闭环供应链网络选址模型。该模型下,原材料供应地和顾客群需求为确定性限制条件,其他结点地址均根据闭环网络综合目标成本最小化准则进行选择,不但可以实现选址优化,又可以同时计算最优化流量分布。同时选择汽车行业对所构造模型进行了案例应用,并对废弃产品回收率进行敏感性分析。
One single-period closed-loop supply chain network location model, synthetically taking raw material source, manufactory, traditional warehouse, customer group, collection centre, reverse warehouse and re-manufactory into account, is constructed in this paper. This model is based on mixed integer linear programming. In this model the raw material source and customer group demand are both determinate limited conditions and the other potential locations are selected according to the goal of minimizing the cost of closed-loop network. Not only can their optimized locations be selected, but the distributions of their flows can also be computed among all network nodes. Then in the end there is a case analysis of the constructed model and a sensitivity analysis of the product return rate.
