摘要
在发展市场经济中,"文化力"是推动力、导向力、鼓舞力,任何一个企业离开了"文化力",就失去了智力支持和精神动力。对一个企业来说,一旦离开了"文化力"。就不可能做到内有凝聚力、外有竞争力,就不会在市场竞争中常胜不衰,它的作用是不可低估的。
Under market economy, "cultural force" is an impetus, orientation and invigoration. Without "cultural force", any corporate will lose its intenectual support, spirit motivity, cohesion and competence. Without "culture force", corporate will not be successful in competition of market. Therefore, the role of corporate culture can not be underestimated.
