摘要
农民工是我国城市化进程中出现的一个特殊群体。因其本身的特殊性,他们的社会保障权长期以来没有得到各级政府的足够重视,因此也没有得到应有的保护,给其生活和工作带来一定的影响。国家应尽快建立适合农民工的社会保障制度,使他们的权利得到切实保护。
Migrant worker is a special group emerged in the process of urbanization of China. Since their particularity, their right to social security has not been paid adequate attention by the governments at all levels. The lack of social security impacts on their life and work. The state should establish the system of social security suitable for migrant workers so as to protect their fights practically.
