摘要
通过国际比较发现,目前我国外资研发规模尚处于世界较低水平,与国外许多国家尤其是发达国家还存在明显差距。并且,我国外资研发规模与我国作为世界研发投入大国的地位还很不相称,也难以满足我国"充分利用国际科技资源,促进创新型国家建设"的战略目标及实际需求。
By comparison, this paper found that China＇s foreign R＆D scale is located in a lagged level, and there is distinct gap with developed countries. Moreover, through comparison, the paper indicated that foreign R＆D scale in China is not assort with China＇s status as one of the largest R＆D input country, and the recent scale can＇t be satisfied with the strategy ＂urging innovation--oriented country construction with international science and technology resources＂ and China＇ s real needs.
