乳腺癌中SNCG相关功能的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 γ-突触核蛋白基因(γ-synuclein,SNCG),又称乳腺癌特异性基因1(breast cancer specific gene1,BCSG1),由Ji等于1997年发现,与已知的α-和β-突触核蛋白同属突触核蛋白基因家族。对突触核蛋白家族的研究一直是神经变性疾病领域的热点,它的表达异常影响多巴胺能神经元功能,导致阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的发生和发展。近期研究发现突触核蛋白家族与肿瘤遗传学相关,尤其是其中最后发现的SNCG与多种器官恶性肿瘤的发生和进展有关。在乳腺癌中,SNCG可能与肿瘤发生、进展、转移以及化疗耐药关系密切。
