摘要
目的评价猴头菌提取物颗粒(谓葆)和复方阿嗪米特肠溶片(泌特)治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法将儿科门诊56例7～15岁的功能性消化不良症患者,随机分为试验组、对照组各28例,除采用一般治疗,试验组加用猴头菌提取物颗粒和复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗。结果试验组经联合服用谓葆、泌特后,症状改善迅速,疗效明显(P<0.05),无不良反应。结论谓葆、泌特治疗儿科功能性消化不良安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Weibao and complex azintamide enteric tablet in treatment of the children with functional dyspepsia. Methods Fifty-six patients （ age from 7 to 15 years old） with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group（ n =28）received general treatment. Results The symptoms were significantly relieved in experimental group, efficacy is clear（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Weibao and complex azintamide table are effective and safe for treatment of functional dyspepsia.
