摘要
构建和谐世界是中国在新世纪采取的战略举措,是中国和平外交思想的新发展,它体现了中国外交的世界精神,是21世纪中国外交的一面新旗帜。对此,学术界进行了比较深入、全面的研究,主要包括:和谐世界的内涵、基本特征、背景、理论渊源、意义和基本途径等。
One of China＇s strategic measures in the new century is to construct a harmonious world. It is the new development of China＇s concept of peaceful diplomacy and a new banner of China＇s diplomacy in 21st century that incorporates the international spirit in carrying out diplomatic actions. Various scholars have organized thorough and complete research on this topic： on its connotation, basic features, background, theoretical origin, significance and realization approaches.
