摘要
采用有机溶剂萃取啤酒中游离脂肪酸(C6∶0~C12∶0),并用毛细管色谱测定了市售啤酒中C6∶0~C12∶0含量。其相对偏差在1.6%到4.9%,回收率在83.89%到102.1%。
This thesis used organic solvent to extract the free fatty acid(C 6∶0 ~C 12∶0 )in beer and detected by capillary chromatography.The relative standard difference is among 1 6%~4 9%,and recovery is among 83 89%~102 1%.
