摘要
根据《消费者权益保护法》的规定,我国消费者协会承担了消费领域的纠纷解决职能,这一职能在运作过程中呈现出解纷过程非程序化、大量借助外部资源两个显著特征;从实证数据的简单分析看,当事人对纠纷解决结果及其程序是大体满意的。消协解纷职能的设计总体上是成功的,但在一些方面仍有待改进。
In China, Consumers' Association undertakes the function granted by law to settle disputes in the field of consumer rights. This function has two prominent features : non - institutionalized of the dispute - settling process and heavily - dependent on the help of external force. Basically, the majority of party is satisfied with the dispute - settling results and process according to the empirical data. However, some improvements are still needed.
