摘要
根据前人研究成果,文章提出了中学教师职业幸福感的理论构想,编制了中学教师职业幸福感量表,并进行了探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。对样本进行探索性因素分析,7个因素的特征根值分别是5.761、3.212、3.027、2.837、2.585、2.102、1.833。对另一样本数据进行验证性因素分析,使用χ2、GFI、CFI和RMSEA等拟合指数评价模型拟合情况。结果表明7因素模型产生可接受的拟合。使用多样本验证性因素分析去完成一系列逐步严格的恒等性检验:包括(1)因素结构(因素数目相同,负荷因素之上的变量相同);(2)因素负荷;(3)误差方差;(4)因素方差/协方差。研究发现,量表结构在两样本间具有较好的相对恒等性和较好的复核效度。
Based on some studied results, we made "Middle School Teachers' Occupational Well-being Questionnaire " .According to confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the secondaryschool teachers' occupational well-being is made up of 7 factors, that is organization commitment, relations with workmates, job attraction, body health, working achievement, working motive and relations with leaders. The eigen values of the 7 factors Were 5.761,5.212,5.027,2.857,2.585,2.102,1.855. we used multiplegroup CFA to conduct a sequence of increasingly more restrictive tests of invariance across the two groups .The following measurement invariance tests were conducted: (a) factor form (i.e. the same number of factors and the factors have the same variables that load on them), (b) factor loadings, (c) errors of measurement, and (d) factor variances/covariances.The cross-validation testing showed the existence of the cross-validation of the questionnaire.
