摘要
目的:了解舟山市公共场所集中式中央空调微生物污染状况。方法:按《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》、《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2004)对舟山市15家(2006年)和22家(2007年)公共场所的室内空气和中央空调集中通风系统微生物指标进行监测。结果:2006年~2007年各项微生物指标的合格率分别为:空气细菌总数97.92%、送风中细菌总数25.00%、送风中真菌总数52.08%、风管积尘量70.02%(两年有明显差异P〈0.005)、风管细菌总数97.62%、风管真菌总数63.64%(2007年)、嗜肺军团菌39.21%(血清型以LP1型为主)。结论:我市公共场所的中央空调微生物污染较为严重,因此我们应加强对中央空调的卫生管理和监测。
Objective:To understand the situation of microbial pollution in concentrative air conditioner in Zhoushan's pubic areas. Methods:To sample and determine microbial guideline of room air and ventilation system of concentrative air conditioner in 15 pubic areas (2006) and 22 pubic areas (2007) ,according to "Standard Methods for Examination of Public Areas" ," Sanitary Standards for Ventilation System of Concentrative Air Conditioner in Public Areas". Results:Form 2006 to 2007, the qualifiled rate of bacterial CFU in room air is 97. 92% ,the qualifiled rate of bacterial CFU in blast air is 25.00% ,the qualifiled rate of fungal CFU in blast air fungal is 52. 08% ,the qualifiled rate of collective dust amount in the vent - pipe is 70. 02% (the difference between 2006 -2007 is statistically significant, P 〈 0. 005 ), the qualifiled rate of bacterial CFU in the vent - pipe is 97. 62%, the qualifiled rate of fungal CFU in the vent - pipe is 63. 64% (2007) ,the qualifiled rate of Leginella pneumophila is 39. 21% ( LP1 is the primary Leginella pneumophila type). Conclusion:The situation of microbial pollution in concentrative air conditioner in Zhoushan's pubic areas is very serious, so we should strengthen hygienic management and the monitor microbial pollution in concentrative air conditioner.
