摘要
农村绝对贫困是我国政府面临的重大课题,在制度上反贫困的举措是建立农村最低生活保障制度,应针对我国农村社会保障的现状,建立我国农村社会保障制度。
Absolute poverty in rural area is the main issue the Chinese goverment has to be confronted with. The point of anti - poverty measures is based on constructing the lowest livelihood guarantee system in rural area. This paper treats at the present state of China＇ s rural society guarantee system and proposes some points of views to construct the lowest livelihood guarantee system in rural area.
