摘要
相对于消费者服务业而言,生产性服务业是一种高智力、高集聚、高成长、高辐射、高就业的现代服务产业,它能够有效推动创新发展。本文通过对我国创新链中各构成要素的创新作用及相关环节进行分析发现,随着我国经济的发展,我国生产性服务业在创新链中的作用越来越重要,而我国生产性服务业的发展却十分滞后,这已成为国家创新链中最薄弱的环节。为此,本文认为应从组织创新、体制创新及技术创新三个方面加快我国生产性服务业的创新进程。
Comparing with the consumer service industry, the producer service industry is a modern industry characterized by high intelligence, high concentration, high growth, high radiation and high employment rate, which could effectively promote the development of innovation. Based on the role of the constituent elements and related areas of the innovation chain in China, this paper finds that, the producer service industry plays an increasingly important role in China＇s innovation chain with the economic development;however,China＇s producer service industry develops so slowly that it has become one of the weakest taches in China＇s innovation chain. Therefore,it indicates that the innovation of producer service industry should be enhanced. Finally, it suggests that China should speed up the innovation process of producer service industry from three aspects which are organization innovation, system innovation and technology innovation.
