摘要
介绍了一种线阵CCD信号采集和处理系统。利用仪表放大器对CCD输出信号进行滤波和放大,然后进行A/D变换。使用了双端口存储器,一组端口用于存储A/D转换结果,另一组实现单片机的访问。采用高速单片机提高数据处理速度,并完成较为复杂的算法以提高计算精度。CPLD用于驱动CCD和协调电路各部分的工作。实验表明该系统能从精度和速度两方面满足应用要求。
A signal collecting and processing system for linear image sensor CCD is introduced in this paper. The CCD output is filtered and amplified by an instrumentation amplifier, and is transformed into digital signal. A dual - ports RAM is used, and one port is connected with the ADC, while the other port is connected with a microcontroller. The high -speed microcontroller improves the signal processing speed; meanwhile a complex algorithm can be design to improve the calculated precision. A CPLD is used to drive the CCD and control the system operation. The experiment shows the precision and speed of the system can satisfy the application requirement.
