摘要
以云南野生种紫花苜蓿(德钦地区紫花苜蓿)、逸散种紫花苜蓿(AC-3)和8个国外引进栽培种紫花苜蓿为材料,采用核型分析方法对供试材料的染色体组进行了分类和比较。结果表明,所有材料的染色体数目相同,均为2n=4x=32,各同源染色体组都为中短染色体组或短染色体组。核型结构存在微小差异,爱博出现超大染色体,牧歌701、牧歌702和GT13R带有随体,引进品种除射手外,进化程度高于德钦地区紫花苜蓿。
The chromosome genomes of Deqin wild alfalfa variety (Medicago sativa L. ), scattered alfalfa variety (AC-3) in Yunnan province and 8 foreign introduced cultivated alfalfas were classified and compared by karyotypic analysis. The results showed that all materials had the same chromosome number (2n = 4x = 32). Each pair of homologous chromosomes was middle short or short homologous chromosomes. However, there was a little difference among the karyotypic configuration of all materials; Arriba had macro-chromosome, AmeriGraze 702, AmeriGraze 701 and GT13R had satellite; the evolutive degrees of the foreign introduced varieties except Archer were higher than that of Deqin wild alfalfa.
