摘要
磁场对提高玉米花药培养诱导率具有明显作用。不同强度差异显著,以0.12—0.1308T效果最佳。磁场预处理能延长培养花粉的寿命,增加花粉均等分裂的频率和2—细胞雄配子体中营养细胞分裂。对小孢子胚胎发生也有明显影响。
Magnetic field pretreatment(900-1308 G.S.30-40 min.)could obviously raise the callus and pollen embryoids induction frequency in anther culture of corn(zea mays L.).The induction frequency varies different magnetic field density.The effect treated by 1200 G.S.-1308 G.S.is better then900 G.S.and1408G.S.The grains deteriorated relatively more slowly in the cultured anther subjected to magnetic field pretreatment during the first 9 days of culture.After magnetic field pretreatment,the microspores which underwent equal division did increase.meanwhile,vegetative nucleus in male gametophyte division increased too.
