摘要
提出了直接驱动倍流同步整流零电压开关(ZVS)三电平直流变换器,它利用滤波电感的能量可在宽负载范围内实现主开关的ZVS。在这种驱动方式下,同步整流管也能顺利地实现ZVS。详细分析了其原理,并通过一台100kHz输出24V/30A样机验证了该变换器原理及可行性,最后给出了实验波形。
A direct control driven current-doubler synchronous rectifying (CDSR) zero-voltage switching (ZVS) three-level (TL) DC/DC converter is presented.ZVS was achieved for all the main switches in a wide load range with the usage of the energy stored in the output filter inductances,and ZVS for the rectifier switches was also achieved in this topologies.The principle of the direct driven CDSR ZVS TL DC/DC converter is analyzed,and a 100 kHz output 24 V/30 A prototype converter was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter,and the experimental results are given.
