摘要
自2005年,中韩对FTA开始了共同研究,两国的态度都很积极。中韩政治友好关系和经贸合作关系的顺利发展,以及两国对双边自由贸易的积极姿态,为中韩FTA奠定了坚实的基础。中韩FTA对发展中韩友好关系,推动中韩经济合作,以及推动东北亚、东亚经济一体化都有重要意义。由于中韩贸易不均衡,中韩两国都存在自由化敏感的领域,加之韩国在有关方面的忧虑,中韩FTA也面临一些具体的困难。为此,中韩两国要共同采取向前看的积极姿态,相互理解,相互让步,循序渐进,妥善解决谈判中的具体困难。
The governments of China and Korea make positive attitudes to Sino-Korea FTA since mutual research has begun in 2005. The good political and economic relation between two nations and the positive attitudes for bilateral free trade of two governments make strong foundations for Sino-Korea FTA.On the other hand,Sino-Korea FTA plays an important role in the relationship of development between two coutries,deepening economic cooperation and promoting integration of Northeast Asia and East Asia. Due to the imbalance in Sino-Korea trade,both sides have sensitive field in trade,especially worries from Korea side,mean- while,Sino-Korea FTA has concrete difficulties.
