摘要
目的探讨伤口分泌物中病原菌分布和耐药情况。方法收集泉州市正骨医院2005年8月至2007年6月住院患者伤口分泌物,进行细菌分离、菌种鉴定,并进行药物敏感试验。结果革兰阳性菌分离率最高的是金黄色葡萄球菌(17.04%),其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药问题严重,占20.34%;革兰阴性菌分离率最高的是大肠埃希杆菌(9.26%),其次是铜绿假单胞菌(6.30%)。结论伤口分泌物中分离出的菌种呈现多样化、耐药问题严重,应加强耐药性监测和抗菌药物使用的管理制度,以有效控制细菌感染和耐药。
Objective To study on pathogen distribution in wound secretion and their drug resistance. Methods The wound secretion was collected for bacteria isolation and identification, as well as drug sensitive test from the patients from at Quanzhou Osteopathy Hospital 2005 August to 2007 June. Results The separation rate of Staphylococcus Aureus was 17.04% ,which is highest among all of the gram-positive bacteria. Moreover,the rate of methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus was 20.34%. The separation rate was 9.26% in Escherichia coli and 6.30% in pseudomonas aeruginosa,listed in the first and second in all of the gram-negative bacteria. Conclusion The bacteria species is diversity in wound secretion,and their drug resistance is serious, so the monitoring bacteria resistance and anti-bacteria drug should be managed by system to control bacteria infection and drug resistance.
