摘要
探讨了我国造价管理的模式及其特点,介绍了中国香港、美国和日本的工程造价管理体系,通过对中国及国际通用工程造价管理的比较,指出了我国现行管理体系的不足,同时提出了改进措施,以供参考。
The engineering cost management model and characteristics of China were discussed, the engineering cost management system in Hongkong in China, America and Japan were introduced. Through comparison cost management of Chinese and foreign general engineering, the deficiency of management system in China was proposed and the counter measures were proposed, which can be referenced.
