摘要
论述了建立工程项目成本控制责任体系的必要性,对项目采购管理中的成本控制进行了探讨,并建立了全流程成本管理体系,以期最大限度地降低项目采购成本。
The necessity to establish the responsibility system for cost control of engineering projects is discussed. According to the cost control measures in project purchasing further discussion is made, at the same time corresponding whole procedure cost management system is established in order to maximally reduce the procurement costs of projects.
