差异教学是当今教学改革的热点。成人学员是一个个别差异较为显著的受教群体,成人教学过程中必须照顾到学员的个别差异;根据实验研究,在教学中照顾差异,为每个学生提供适合他们自身发展的方式,可以有效地提高学生的学习成绩。
