摘要
选择在中性溶液中，用紫外分光光度法测定甲硝唑的含量，测定波长为３２０ｎｍ。结果表明：在２．０～２０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内具有良好的线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．８％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝０．５１％。本方法可排除５－ＨＭＦ对测定的干扰，简单，可靠。
he UVspectrophotometric method was used for the determination of metronidazole in neutral solution at 320nm.The calibration curve was liner in the range of 20-20μg/ml(r=09999,n=5).The average recovery was 99.8% with realtive standard deviation of 051%.This method is simple and accurate and it can remove the interference of 5HMF.
