摘要
通过现场试验合理确定预应力混凝土桥的孔道摩阻系数,对工程的设计和施工都有着重要的指导意义.通过对容桂水道特大桥预应力混凝土连续梁桥纵向预应力束孔道摩阻的测试,并加以数据分析,得出合理的孔道偏差系数和摩阻系数,所得结果较设计值略大,能较好的反映工程实际情况;其结果对该桥的应力和变形计算、结构的施工控制,提供了可靠的数据,对确保施工质量有着重要意义.
The reasonable calculation of factors between tendons and duct wall in prestessed concrete bridge through field experiment has the important guiding sense to design and construction of the project. In this paper, a reasonable friction factor between longitudinal prestressed tendons and the wall of duct on the pre -stressed concrete continuous beam bridge is presented. The experiment was done on the Ronggui Canal long-span bridge, and a great deal of data was analysed. The conclusion may provide reliable parameters for calculating stress and deformation of bridge structure, and it also can be used in structure construction con- trolling. Although they are little bigger than the designed value, the parameters reflect the project actual situation reasonable. So the experiment research on the friction factor between tendons and duct wall in long-span prestressed continuous beam bridge is very important to the construction quality.
