摘要
在工程量清单计价模式下,如何合理确定综合单价是承包商投标报价时需要解决的关键问题,也是业主和承包商共同关注的问题。本文试图介绍几种确定综合单价的方法:定额法、借鉴法、分包商报价法和估算法,作为在工程量清单计价模式下,综合单价的确定方法的探讨。
Under the mode of Valuation with Bill Quantity, how to determine the comprehensive unit price is the key problem for the bidding contractors, also a common problem for owners. This article introduced several determination methods including norm pricing method, reference method, sub-contractor bidding method and estimation method, which can be used to determine the comprehensive unit price.
