摘要 本文主要介绍一种新开发的基于双气缸转子式压缩机的容量控制技术,通过特殊四通阀与管路的组合连接来实现对双气缸转子式压缩机的吸排气管路的控制,完成两气缸串联压缩或者并联压缩,最后输出单个气缸或者两个气缸排气量,达到压缩机容量控制的目的。新开发的容量控制方式已在压缩机和空调系统的试验中进行了验证,并取得了较好的试验结果。新型转子式变容量压缩机具有高效节能(在小排量运转时可使空调COP提高0.25~0.8W/W)、运转平稳、可靠性好等特点。 New volume control technology based on double cylinder rotary compressor has been introduced. Connecting with special 4 -way valve and pipes, the cylinders can switch to series or parallel compression, and export one or two cylinder volume. New volume control technology has been validated in the compressor and air - conditioning system with good test results, and new rotary compressor with mentioned volume control has high - efficiency, steady - going rotation and good reliability, when operation at small discharge the COP for air - conditioning increases 0.25 - 0.8W/W.
