摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在肺隔离症诊断中的应用价值。方法:使用SIEMENS64层螺旋CT机对22例肺隔离症患者进行胸部CT平扫、增强扫描并行三维重建。全部病例均经手术证实。结果:22例病例,13例为肺叶内型,9例为肺叶外型:18例位于左下肺,4例位于右下肺。22例共显示24条异常体动脉供血血管,14例来自腹主动脉,8例来自胸主动脉。结论:64层CT对肺隔离症具有极高的推广应用价值。 Objective To asses the capability of 64-slice of spiral computed tomography(64-SCT) in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Methods 22 Cases were proved by surgery and puthology. Both plain and enhanced CT scanning of the chest was performed on a 64-SCT scanner.Results 22 cases intra-lung type was seen in 13cases and extra-lung type in 9 cases.The lesion located at left lower-lung in 18 and at right lower-lung in 4 cases.22 cases enhanced CT revealed anomalous systemic arteries. Among which 8 cases from thoracic aorta,14 cases from abdominal artery.Conclusion 3Dre construction with 64-SCT imaging was one of the most advanced methods in diagnosing pulmonary sequestration.
