摘要
针对石家庄炼化分公司80万t/a重油催化裂化装置2007年实施节能改造前装置存在的一些问题,通过对这些问题的分析,阐述了此次节能改造中所采取措施的理论依据以及预期目标,装置改造完成后实际运行表明上述节能措施都基本达到了预期目的且效果良好。
This paper is mainly about the problems in annual 800 thousand tons catalytic cracking Unit of Shijiazhuang Refining ＆ Chemical Branch before the energy-saving revamping in 2007. Through the analysis about these problems, the paper expatiates on what kind of theory was used in the revamping and what was expected. By introducing the practical operation condition , it also shows the good effects of the energy-saving measures after finishing the revamping project.
