摘要
对影响决心方案的各方面因素进行总结,建立评价指标体系,在模糊评判基础上,引入D-S证据理论,通过对模糊隶属度的重新分配,对评判结果进行有效的融合。采用层次分析法得出评判指标体系的权重,建立系统的综合评估模型。最后通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。
Various factors that influence the decision and plan are summed up to establish an index system. Based on fuzzy evaluation, D-S evidential theory is introduced, while the fuzzy subordinative degree is redistributed to effectively link the results. The AHP is used to get weights of the evaluating index system and the synthetic evaluating model is established. Finally, the possibility and practicability of this model is proved by instances.
