摘要
将4种机体消化道固有益生菌(产朊假丝酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌)进行体外抑制大肠杆菌K88的试验。分别将益生菌单独、4种混合与K88共培养,取4种益生菌单独和混合培养的发酵滤液用牛津杯做K88抑制试验,分别将培养滤液经过乳酸脱氢酶、酸、碱、热处理。结果表明:4种益生菌皆具有抑菌功能,其中嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的发酵滤液具备明显的抑菌能力,滤液中的抑菌物质热稳定性较好;培养滤液经乳酸脱氢酶或碱处理后抑菌能力明显下降,经乳酸处理后其抑菌能力有所增加;4种益生菌混合培养的抑菌能力强于单独培养。
Isolates of four probiotics, Candida utilits, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, and LactobaciUus rhamnosus, resident in animal gut, and their mixture were co-cultured respectively with Escherichia coli K88 and the inhibitory effects of enzyme, acid, alkali, and heated treated filtrations of the isolates, on E. coli were studied. All four probiotics showed inhibition to E. coli, with the fremented filtration of Candida utilits, the weakest. Inhibitory substance in the filtrations exhibited good heat stability. The inhibition of the filtrations was notably weakened after lactate dehydrogenase of alkali treatment but was enhanced after lactic acid treatment. The mixture of four probiotics revealed stronger inhibition to E. coli than solely cultured probiotics did, which suggested that the organic acid and bacterocin produced by the probiotics competition might effectively inhibit the growth of E. coli K88.
