摘要
目的通过测定趋化因子RANTES、EOTAXIN在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)与非内异症患者内膜中的表达,从内分泌-免疫领域探讨二者与内异症发病的关系。方法免疫组织化学方法测定RANTES、EOTAXIN二种趋化因子在非内异症患者子宫内膜以及内异症患者在位内膜、异位内膜中的表达情况。结果趋化因子RANTES在非内异症患者子宫内膜以及内异症患者在位内膜、异位内膜间质细胞均有表达;趋化因子EOTAXIN在非内异症患者子宫内膜以及内异症患者在位内膜、异位内膜腺上皮细胞均有表达。趋化因子RANTES、EOTAXIN在内异症在位内膜组表达强度明显高于非内异症内膜组,内异症异位内膜组表达强度明显高于非内异症内膜组,内异症异位内膜组表达强度明显高于同期在位内膜组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①趋化因子RAN-TES、EOTAXIN在内异症患者在位内膜组表达强度明显高于非内异症内膜组,内异症患者子宫内膜的特殊性可能是内异症发病的决定因素。②趋化因子RANTES、EOTAXIN在内异症患者异位内膜组表达强度明显高于同期在位内膜组,提示RANTES、EOTAXIN所致的腹腔内免疫细胞活性的改变,能够正反馈调节这二种趋化因子的表达,进一步为内异症的发病创造适宜的微环境。③趋化因子RANTES通过趋化单核细胞、趋化因子EOTAXIN通过趋化嗜酸性粒细胞,使腹腔内形成无菌性炎性环境,激发机体免疫反应,参与内异症的发病。
Objective To investigate the expression of RANTES and EOTAXIN in endomembrane of women with endometriosis and that of normal controls, and to approach the pathogenesis from the field of endocrine- immunity. Methods Expression of RANTES and EOTAXIN was quantified by immunohistoehemistry. Results Expression of RANTES showed that the antigen localized to the stromal compartment in human endometrium and endometriosis. EOTAXIN protein localized to the glandular epithelium of endometrium. RANTES and EOTAXIN protein expressions were obviously higher in experimental group than that in control group (P〈0.05). In experimental group, RANTES and EOTAXIN protein expressions were obviously higher in ectopic endometrium than that in eutopic endometrium (P〈0.05). Conclusion (1)RANTES and EOTAXIN protein expressions were obviously higher in experimental group than that in control group (P〈0. 05). The result suggested that development of endometriosis was relative to endometrial characteristics. (2) Expressions of RANTES and EOTAXIN protein were obviously higher in ectopic endometrium than that in eutopic endometrium (P〈0. 05). It identified that there was positive feedback cascade magnificent affection between RANTES and macrophage,between EOTAXIN and eosinophils. The affection provide suitable surrounding for the implantation of ectopic endometrium. (3)RANTES and EOTAXIN are possibly biological relevant proteins in endometriosis.
