摘要
通过对大草蛉与烟蚜组成的捕食者-猎物实验种群的研究.得出以下主要结论:1)大草蛉各龄幼虫和成虫对烟蚜密度的功能反应均属于Holling Ⅱ型:2)大草蛉的捕食活动存在明显的昼夜节律,表现为功能反应参数的变化;3)大草蛉个体的饥饱程度影响到其捕食活动的强弱,较高的饥饿水平有增加搜索效率的趋向;4)大草蛉个体间在捕食活动中存在相互干扰效应.该效应随大草蛉幼虫年龄增长而增强.成虫间的干扰效应强于幼虫间的干扰效应;5)实验种群生境空间大小的不同影响到大草蛉的瞬间搜索率和干扰系数的取值。文中运用上述结论.对大草蛉对烟蚜种群的控制能力进行了评价。
With the aim of evaluating then atural controlling effects of Chrysopaseptempunctata(CS)on Myzus persicae(MP),a laboratory study on thepredator-prey system of CS-MP was conducted in Xuchang during 1983-1984.Some major results were obtained as follows:The functional responses ofeach instar larvae and adults of CS to the density of MP conform to theHolling's function response of typeⅡ;There is a rhythm round the clock inthe predation activity of CS;The hungry level of CS can affect its behaviorin predation activity;The CS's instantaneous attack rate“a”responces toits habitat size,a functional response model including the variable ofpredator's habitat size is given by the author.Among individuals of CS,there is mutual interferences which conform to the Hassell's model.Withina single leaf habitat,the 3rd-instar larva,interacting with the MP popul-ation,can make the MP population to appear an unstable and a stable equ-ilibrium points.In general circumtances,the natural field population of CSis not great enough to control the field population of MP.
