摘要
讨论了城市环境功能区划的概念、原则及方法，提出了城市性质决定城市功能，进而决定城市环境功能区划格局的思想。根据北海市城市总体规划对城市性质的规定及城市的空间结构特征，给出了北海市的环境功能区划方案。
This article discussed the concept,principle and method of urban environmental functional district planning.It advanced a theory that the urban characters determine the urban function and then determine the structure of urban environmental functional district planning.On the stipulation that the total plan of Beihai City determinde the urban characters and the base of the urban space features,the scheme of Beihai urban environmental functional district planning was obtained.
