摘要
采用野外调查和室内分析结合的方法研究了青藏高原东部高寒草甸土壤活性碳含量特征,结果表明,在选取的浅丘山地灌丛、浅丘山地草甸、以及丘前阶地草甸三块样地中,活性碳沿土壤剖面整体呈下降趋势,中间有不同程度的波动。浅丘山地草甸土壤活性碳含量变化于8.19~17.41mg/g,浅丘山地灌丛变化于8.66~17.62mg/g,丘前阶地草甸变化于9.63~17.68mg/g,浅丘山地草甸变化幅度为52.96%>浅丘山地灌丛(50.85%)>丘前阶地草甸(45.53%),三者间差异不显著。有机碳活度最大值都不是出现在最表层,浅丘山地草甸最高值为0.395,出现在10~15cm;浅丘山地灌丛和丘前阶地草甸最高值分别为0.407和0.435,出现在25~30cm。
The content characters of soil active organic carbon of alpine meadow in Eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau were studied with field investigation and laboratorial analysis. The results indicated that the content of active SOC, that took samples from three typical alpine Upland Shrub Meadow( US), Upland Meadow(UM) and Terrace Meadow(TM) we chose, all had a descending trend along the soil profiles. The range of active carbon in UM changed from 8. 19 to 17.41 mg/g, in US from 8.66 to 17.62 mg/g, and in TM from 9. 63 to 17.68 mg/g. The respective range of variation was UM(52.96% ) 〉 US(50. 85% ) 〉 TM(45.53% ). The change of the content of active carbon along soil profiles was no significant level . The maximum of carbon pool activity was not at surface layer, it was 0. 395 at 10 - 15 cm in UM, and it was 0. 407 and 0. 435 at 25 - 30 cm in US and TM. The content of SOC in soil profiles was correlated with underground biomass, tatal nitrogen, available nitrogen, soil bulk density and pH.
