摘要
从上海凤凰毯业有限公司的销售现状出发,提出了以提货单为主线组织实施销售管理系统的设计思想和系统架构,从而改善了企业的业务操作流程,并利用数据仓库和数据挖掘技术提升了企业的决策能力,对于毛毯行业的信息化工程的实施具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the present situation of sales management in Shanghai Phoenix Blanket Corporation,the design ideology and structure of sales management system using B/L（bill of lading）as the core was proposed,thus the business operation process was improved. The information system also promotes the level of making strategic decision by taking advantage of data warehouse and data mining technologies. This paper is of great significance for guiding blanket enterprise to implement informationization.
