摘要
以男衬衫样板参数化智能生成为研究方向,提出了个性化样板快速生成的概念。通过分析参数化服装纸样数学模型的构造,提出了建立关键点坐标的方法,研究了男衬衫纸样自动生成系统中的主要模块(衣身模块、衣袖模块和衣领模块),通过建立这三大模块的曲线数学参数模型,得到了男衬衫结构数据库。以普通男衬衫为实例,阐述了衣身、衣袖以及衣领样板参数化的建立及其系统实现过程,通过Vasual Basic 6.0作为编程工具,初步建立了交互式男衬衫样板参数化的自动生成系统。
To study the parameterized intelligent generation of men's shirt pattern, it is proposed a concept about rapid generation of individualize pattern. Through analyzing the mathematics method of apparel's pattern, introducing how to build the key point coordinate, focused on research principal modular( the Body modular, Sleeve modular and Collar modular) of men's shirt automatic generation system and built up the curve mathematics parameters model about three modular, it obtained men's shirt structure data base. Taking men's shirt as a practical example, it described the establishing of the parameterized model of body, sleeve and collar and the realization process of the system. By use of the Vasual Basic 6. 0 edited program, it began to set up an automatic system about interactive men 's shirt pattern parameterization.
