摘要
目的:探讨光量子照射对贮存红细胞质量的影响。方法:对贮存红细胞进行光量子照射,照射前后对照做血气分析。结果:光量子照射前后血气分析结果分别为PCO292.25±11.26和53.66±12.54,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PO214.86±3.76和35.57±3.87,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SatO211.45±3.03和46.12±3.19,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);pH 6.614±0.06和6.772±0.09,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:光量子照射能够改善贮存红细胞的质量。
Objective:To investigate the light quantum irradiation on the quantity of stored red blood cells (RBC). Methods: The stored RBC was irradiated by light quantum and then performed blood gas analysis. Results: The results of blood gas analysis before and after light quantum irradiation showed that PCO2 was respectively 92.25 ± 11.26 and 53.66 ± 12.54, PO2 was respectively 14.86 ± 3.76 and 35.57 ± 3.87, SatO2 was respectively 11.45 ± 3.03and 46.12 ± 3.19, the difference was statistically significant(P (0.01). pH was respectively 6.614 ± 0.06 and 6. 772 ± 0.09 and the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Light quantum irradiation may improve the quantity of stored RBC.
