摘要
桃是深受人们喜爱的世界性大宗水果,我国是世界产桃大国,在生产条件与消费市场方面具有得天独厚的优势,但我国桃产业存在着果品品质不佳,果农效益不高等难题,制约了我国桃产业发展。本文主要在分析我国桃产业存在优势及问题的基础上,探讨我国桃产业的发展对策,在桃产业区域化、标准化生产,市场开拓及政策支持方面提出建设性意见。
Peach is a favored fruit of people worldwide and is actually originated in China where it has been cultivated since the early days of Chinese culture. Peach production in China has advantaged predominance in terms of production conditions and consume market,but fruits low-quality and lower benefit of fruit farmer are the bottleneck of China＇s peach industrial development. On the basis of analysis of advantage, existing problems of peach production in China,the paper provides some constructive suggestions for China＇s peach industrial development in the fields of regionalization, technology standardization, industrylizing management, market development and policy support.
