摘要
政府采购相关法律制度建设是一个任重道远的工作,我国初步建立的政府采购法律制度在当前的大背景下存在什么样的问题,要做出何种相应的调整,如何借鉴现有的国际规则和惯例,对这些问题的解答对我国今后发展有着重要的现实意义。
The legal system building of government procurement have a long way to go, what kind of problem it is against the background of the current legal system of China＇s government procurement which is initial established, it is necessary to know how to make the corresponding adjustments, how to draw on the existing international rules and practices, and it will have important practical significance to get the answers to these questions.
