摘要
针对水下钻孔爆破作业平台在一次炸礁施工过程中突然发生平台滑桩,导致平台的两个桩断掉事故,采用系统分析的方法找出其可能的危险源,并运用事故树对其可能的影响因素进行定性的分析与计算,求出各种影响因素的结构重要度,并结合以往的工程经验制定切实可行的预防措施,为以后类似工程的施工管理提供参考。
Focus on one sudden slipping happened in the platform of the underwater single drilling-and-blasting in bomb reeves,which left two stake broken,the paper found some possible hazard source through network analysis,and used the Fault Tree to make qualitative analysis and calculation to track its possible influence factor,and accordingly took its various kinds of structure important degree of influence factor.Basing on the structure important degree of every factor,the paper made the feasible precautionary measures by consulting old experience,and gave theoretical guidance to the similar construction.
