摘要
本文研究了种植于河南省3个地点的一套10×10玉米自交系双列杂交F_1的单株产量和13个穗粒性状的配合力及其与环境的互作。结果表明:穗行数、穗粗等11个性状表现出2σ~2 GCA>σ~2 SCA;单株产量和13个性状的GCA 与环境互作,以及穗长等7个性状的SCA 与环境互作均达显著和极显著水平;尽管存在配合力同环境的互作,但配合力在不同环境中仍是相对稳定的;F_1的单株产量同亲本系的GCA 和SCA 之间存在极显著相关;不同性状的两种配合力与单株产量的两种配合力之间的关系因性状而异,穗粗、穗行数等主要是通过GCA 对产量起作用,而穗长、百粒重等主要是通过SCA对产量起作用。
A diallel of 45 single cross hybreds from 10 inbred lines of maize(Zea ma-ys L.)is evaluated for GCA and SCA of single plant yield and 13 ear—kernalcharacters and their interactions with environment.Results suggest that 11 cha-racters—rows per ear,ear diameter,etc.emerge 2σ~2_(GCA)>σ~2_(SCA).High significantinteractions with environment by GCA of single plant yield and 13 charactersand SCA of 7characters are found.In spite of the interaction of combining ability with environment,the combining ability is stable over different environme-nt.The relationships of combining ability between every trait and single plantyield are different due to each charater.
