摘要
本文通过分析大量的实验数据,证明造成大尺寸超微晶铁芯批量退火后性能一致性差的原因之一在于,由各批带材制成的铁芯在退火过程中开始放热温度及放热量大小的不确定性。文章还对与此相关的带材制备条件以及影响铁芯放热程度的诸因素进行了探讨,为改进大尺寸超微晶铁芯的批量退火工艺从而提高铁芯成品率奠定了基础。
Based on mass experimental results, the paper proves that one of the reasons for divergent properties of large sized nanocrystalline cores after annealing is the uncertainly of the onset temperature and the heat given out in exothermal process during annealing The cause for such phenomenon and the factors which influence on exothermal process are also investigated The paper provides a basis for making necessary improvement on annealing process so as to raise the percentage of cores with properties up to standard in mass production
