A Study on Analysis Method of Yttrium in Iron and Steel

摘要 试验了用等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定钢铁中Y含量的方法,选用了最佳波长为371.030 nm作为分析曲线,测定下限为0.01μg/mL,标准回收率96%-108%,样品用HCl-HNO3分解,用基体匹配的方法消除基体效应。该法应用于球墨铸铁和中低合金钢中Y含量的测定,数值结果与光度法相近,但较为快捷。 The ICP-AES analysis method was used as trial for determination of Y content in iron and steel. The best wave length of 371.030 nm was adopted as analysis curve, 0.01 μg/ml as lower limit, 96%-108% as standard recovery rate. The specimen was decomposed with HCl-HNO3, the base effect was eliminated by using base matching method. The analysis results of this method for determination of the Y content of nodular iron and medium-low alloyed steel was near to that of spectrophotometrymethod.
