摘要
坝村通过内部通婚,把各家族连接成为有机的村落共生结构。但随着电线纠纷的出现,这层结构受到了功利因素的侵蚀,坝村内生秩序发生了变化,家族内部成员为利益考量而疏离与之有利益冲突的家族秩序,按照"共同的利益"而形成地缘性结构。由于新结构缺乏伦理因素,这种分化不是永久的,一旦纠纷化解,他们会在适当的场合和机会中回复到原始的内生秩序状态。这种在伦理条件下和熟人社会中形成的高度地方性的秩序变迁,称之为"钟摆型秩序"。
Through inner marriage,Ba village combines all the families to become organic structure of symbiotic villages. While this structure suffered from erosion of utilitarian factor because of the appearance of wire dispute. So the endogenous order of Ba village varied. The members of families will leave from the endogenous order for the interests with the conflict of interest of the alienation of the families order. In accordance with the ＂common interests＂, the geographical order structures were formed. Because the new structure lacks of ethical factors, it will not last for a long time. Once dispute is resolved,the people will resume original inner order in the suitable occasions and opportunities. This change of order with high degree local characteristics is formered in the conditions of ethnic and acquaintance society and it was called ＂pendulum-type order＂.
