摘要
介绍了纳米微粒α－Ａｌ２Ｏ３化学复合镀层的制备过程及其对镀层硬度、分维度随镀复时间变化的测量结果、并应用分形理论对实验结果给予解释。
This paper introduces the making process of the namometer α Al 2O 3 particle′s chemical complex plated films and the experimental results of the changes of its hardness,fractal dimension with the plated time and gives an explanation to these experimental results by using the fractal theory.
