摘要
目的为了探索霉变饲料可能导致的内分泌紊乱及其可能的机制。方法仙湖3号雏鸭80只。随机分为5组,1~4组饲喂霉变饲料。同时第2~4组分别口服10mg/kg.bw/day。30mg/kg.bw/day.50mg/kg.bw/day的水飞蓟素。第5组仅饲喂正常饲料。动物每隔4d空腹称重一次。于试验的第22d再称末重,宰杀动物。采集血清·放免法测定血清甲状腺激素及IGF—I含量。结果饲喂霉变饲料仅导致雏鸭增重的轻度降低,口服水飞蓟素对动物增重没有明显影响。饲喂霉变饲料可显著降低血清T3和IGF—I水平。升高T4水平。水飞蓟素可明显改善由霉变饲料导致的T3水平的降低,但对于T4和IGF—I水平没有明显影响。结论霉变饲料通过损伤肝脏明显地改变了血清甲状腺激素和IGF—I的水平,霉变饲料对雏鸭日增重的影响不明显。水飞蓟素对T3水平的降低有明显的缓解作用,表明在一定程度上可缓解肝脏损伤。
Objective To determine the disorder of endocrine following feed of mildewed food. Method 80 ducklings of 6 days old, Xianxi 3 strain,were collected and alloted in five groups. Group 1-4 were fed with mildewed food and given 0,10,30,50 mg/kg, bw/day silybin orally respectively. The group 5 was iust fed normal food. The body weights of the animals were measured every four days and at the end of the rearing period, that was 22 nd day after giving the bad food, the eventual body weights were measured, the animals were killed and the serum samples were collected. The concentrations of serum T3,T4 and IGF- I were assessed by RIA. Results Taking up mildewed food for 22 days resulted in the body weight gains slightly. The silybin had no obvious effects on the body weights gains. Giving mildewed food significantly reduced serum T3 and IGF I levels and enhanced the T4 levels. Silybin could attenuate the reducing of T3 Levels,but no effects on T1 and IGF- I levels. Conclusion feeding mildewed food resulted in obvious changes in serum levels of thyriod hormons and IGF- I in ducklings in vivo,suggesting that the liver was damaged,but had no effects on the body weight gains. Adding silybin could prevent partly the droping of T3 level, suggesting that this drug can attenuate the damage of liver in duck.
