摘要
在研究HT200和QT450-10的渗铝工艺及测试试样渗铝后的高温抗氧化能力的基础上,考察了渗层的组织结构,分析了高温抗氧化规律,并运用最小二采法得到了试样单位面积氧化增重的经验公式,为渗层失效的判断提供了依据。
Based on the study of the process of hot dip calorizing for cast iron HT200 and QT450 - 10 and the test for their oxidation resistance at high temperature after calorizing, the structure of calorizing coat was investigated, the principle of oxidation resistance at high temperature was analyzed, at the same time,with the least-Square method, the experiential law for the sample's oxidative weight gain of unit area has been acquired,which provides the failure criterion of the calorizing coat for the sample.
