摘要
总结了铸造成形过程常用的数值模拟方法,分析了半固态合金触变铸造的主要特点,认为局部网格细化的拉格朗日法(LagrangianMethod)比尤拉法(EulerianMethod)更适合于半固态合金触变铸造过程的数值模拟。对其算法进行了探讨,并给出了一个算例。
The numerical methods widely adopted in simulating casting process are summarized in this paper, and the main characteristics of semi solid alloy thixocasting are analyzed. It came to conclusion that the Lagrangian method with locally refined mesh is more effective to simulate this forming process when compared to Eulerian method. Finally, an approach to its algorithm is given.
